"화장품 정보 제출 절차 승인에 관한" 우크라이나 보건부 명령안

우크라이나 보건부

우크라이나는 2023년 12월 18일자 "화장품 (정보 제출) 고지 절차 승인에 관한" 우크라이나 보건부 명령 제1247호가 채택되었음을 통보한다.
본 명령은 2024년 2월 8일 우크라이나 법무부에 등록되었고, 2024년 2월 29일 고시되었다.
본 명령은 2024년 8월 3일에 시행된다.

Draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Submission Information on Cosmetic Products”

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1247 “On Approval of the Procedure for Notifying (Submitting Information) on Cosmetic Products” of 18 December 2023.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 08 February 2024 and published on 29 February 2024.The Order will enter into force on 03 August 2024.
